With Love, Life ("we", "the app") helps you turn a feeling and memories you choose into a private Soul Story. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details — when you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email address and a unique account ID.
• Memories you choose to add — photos, videos, audio recordings, text files and written notes you select or upload.
• Gmail messages you choose — only if you connect Gmail, and only the specific messages and attachments you pick to import.
• Your mood entries and generated Soul Stories, plus preferences such as day or night view.

The app cannot scan your phone or mailbox on its own. Nothing is imported without you selecting it and confirming.

How we use it

Solely to show your memories in your room and to create your Soul Story and its spoken narration. To generate stories, the memories you select are sent to an AI service that processes them on our behalf; they are not used to build advertising profiles.

Google user data

If you connect Gmail, the app requests read-only access. We use it only to let you search your mail and import the messages you choose as memories. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit permission, for security purposes, or to comply with law.

With Love, Life's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that host the app, store files and run AI generation for us, and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

Storage and security

Your memories are stored privately and are visible only to your signed-in account. Access to your data is restricted to you.

Your choices and deletion

• Remove any memory in the app at any time; it is deleted from storage.
• Disconnect Gmail at any time, in the app or at your Google account permissions.
• Ask us to delete your account and all associated data by emailing support@withlovelife.app.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
